1. 我拥有两个房地产工业界的资格认证,一个是Condominium Specialist，共管式住宅专家；另一个是Seller Specialist，卖房专家。但我也有很多买方客户。
2. 我住在西北区，对西北和西南区比较熟悉。特别是西北"名校“区。
3. 我对房地产投资独有钟爱，我认为投资房地产是每个普通百姓都能触及的积累个人财富的捷径；也是最可靠的投资选择。我自己拥有投资房；懂得如何寻找，分析和购买投资房；我自己也管理租客。从登广告，筛选租客到驱逐租客我都做过！

When I started to set foot in this area earlier this year, she shared with me a lot of useful knowledge that I need, ranging from the location analysis, structure and history check and inspection, to the community development, traffic analysis, tenant source analysis as well as market trend analysis. It took us only about one month to purchase our new house. I can't imagine how could this dream come true without the help of Ms. Hong Wang, as we are new to Calgary, with little knowledge about anything on buying a house.

You might have thought of looking for different realtors to show you the houses that interest you, because you thought different realtor has his/her own way of doing the business, so you "could" get a best deal by doing that. As a matter of fact, this is not true, especially after you have met Ms. Wang, that would not be necessary at all.

She is warmhearted, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. She communicates with you efficiently and comfortably, explains everything that matters, always stands with you and protect all the rights that you deserve but didn't notice of. Yesterday, the house inspection was completed and the price of the house was renegotiated. My wife and I are satiesfied of both of the house condition and the final price that Hong nogotiated for us. We are excited and can't wait to move into our new home.
