Job Title: Inside Sale Representative

Department: Sales

Reports: Sales Support & Operations Manager

We currently have an opening within our Customer Service department for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary role of the position consists of working closely with Territory Manager for the GTA East region, assisting customers in a support role, performing a variety of sales functions, assisting with the processing of leads, as well as various projects and tasks as assigned. This position will report to the Sales Support & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Answer all inquiries via email and telephone to assist customers.
Respond to inbound leads.
Support and assist Territory Manager for the GTA East region.
Prospect for potential new business within the territory.
Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements

Graduates of College or certificate level programs preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred.
Possess strong customer service skills.
Extremely organized, able to multi task, work well under pressure in this fast paced environment.
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office.
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Valid Ontario drivers license required.
