 Job Description
Customer service by phone, email and in person. Assisting Office Manager in everyday responsibilities of running the office in the most efficient way. Following up on potential clients, answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate officer. Teamwork with the others. Other administrative duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English and Mandarine Language
Experience as an administrative, office or personal assistant preferred
Working experience with MS Office
Exceptional organizational skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure
Good team worker
Fluent in Mandarin is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Permanent

Salary: $12.65 to $18.00 /hour, Negotiable
