Position: International Logistics Coordinator- Freight Forwarding

Location: Burnaby, BC

工作内容:

按照客人的要求来定出口或进口的货柜
在截止日期前把相关的信息提供给船公司
做出口报关和进口清关
根据客人的要求来做booking的调整以及文件处理
在运输过程中, 解决文件上的问题,比如说电放提单
工作需求:

熟悉整个货代流程,最少有一年的相关工作经验(Mandatory）
性格和善, 工作态度端正,做事认真负责
对FCL/LCL 有相对的理解
中英文流利
加拿大永久居民和公民优先考虑

Responsibilities of International Logistic Coordinator- Freight Forwarding:

Making and adjusting bookings with ocean carrier as clients' request
Coordinating all aspects of international cargo shipment including import customs clearance and export declaration
Collecting and submitting Shipping Instruction to carriers before deadline
Resolving all problems with carriers on various matters as they arise
Requirements:

1+Years of Ocean Import/Export Freight Forwarding Operations Experience
FCL/LCL Ocean Cargo logistics and documentation knowledge
Excellent communication skill ( Fluent in English and Mandarin both in writting and speaking)
Good personality and easy going in working place
Permanent Residence and Canadian Citizenship preferred
