 职位:公司组织管理咨询师

主要职责:
研究了解客户公司愿景,使命及长远发展战略
分析客户公司组织结构,资源配置,评估其对业务战略的配合支持
分析评估客户公司业务流程及其有效性
分析评估客户公司运营模式及其效率
分析评估客户公司各项安全政策的制定及合规执行
定位客户公司潜在问题点,使用组织管理项目化的方法提出改进方案
和公司培训讲师一起为客户公司做内部管理提升培训

资质要求:
商业管理或相关专业本科毕业,商业管理硕士优先
五年以上大型公司咨询或管理岗位经验
英文和普通话流利
有项目管理经验优先

Job Title: Organization management consultant

Main duties and responsibilities:
Study vision, mission, and managerial strategy of target customer company.
Analyze organizational structure and resources allocation of the company, assess its alignment with business strategy.
Analyze and assess system procedure of customer company and its effectiveness.
Analyze operating procedure of customer company and assess its efficiency.
Analyze organizational policies and its compliance with regulatory and safety requirement.
Identify improvement areas, propose improvement solutions using Organization Managing by Project (OMBP) methodology.
Co-work with training staff to prepare and lead internal training to customer company for improvement.

Employment Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or related subject is required. A post graduate degree in business administration preferred.
5+ years working experience in business consultant or management role needed. Business operation knowledge or management role in large companies preferred.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Project Management knowledge preferred.
May need to sit and work on site in target customer company.
