Front End Developer JTT electronics. - Burnaby, BC JTT Electronics Ltd. is a well-established company that develops and manufactures lithium-ion BMSs (battery management systems). Our BMSs are used in many applications including electric (EV), hybrid electric (HEV), and plug-in-hybrid electric (PHEV) vehicles. We are known for our high quality BMS controller hardware and software, and our superior battery pack integration. JTT Electronics currently sells products on the Chinese market and is in the process of expanding into North America, Europe and Asia.

As a front-end developer, you will work closely with other software engineers throughout all stages of the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement features on the front-end side for our web applications

• Design well thought, clear, and polished UI, providing an engaging and delightful user experience.

• Develop UI components for web-based application

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Always use best practices in your code • Think creatively and work outside the box -- we love new ideas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating interactive web applications(Bonus)

• Ability to design and implement slick and minimalistic dynamic web UIs using JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, HTML5 and JQuery

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

• Knowledge of web UI frameworks

• High Experience with ReactJS and Ant Design

• Ability to develop UIs that provide a consistent experience across all web browsers and operating systems.

• Can efficiently work in a collaborative coding environment.

• Competitive candidates will have experience in some of the following: Python/Django, NodeJS, JSON, RESTful APIs, Git, Linux, Gulp, PostgreSQL/MySQL, SocketIO.
