We are looking for an energetic, extremely motivated, and customer service superstar to join our team. This role is meant for someone who is digitally savvy, and eager to learn. The scope of this position includes but is not limited to:
Helping customers (placing orders, processing returns, giving technical support)
Growing customer engagement
Escalating and solving issues with various internal teams (R&D, marketing, IT)
Improving current workflow and continuously adapting and learning
Qualifications:
Personal skills: self-starter, detail oriented, strong desire to learn and self improve, well-organized
Analytical skills: Excel, Adwords, desire and ability to automate processes
Computer skills: email and Microsoft Office suite
Post secondary education preferred but not required
Service or retail related work experience preferred but not required
