We are currently hiring an Online Sales Specialist, who cansales our Products in different marketplaces operating in Canada like eBay,Amazon, etc…

Successful candidates will possess 1-2 years of experienceperforming sales/customer service functions in a fast-paced e-commerce orwarehouse-to-consumer environment. They will have the ability to work quickly,with a sense of urgency, reacting to changing priorities and proactivelyseeking out process and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities:

Efficientlyand accurately process customer orders and requests through various e-commercechannels

•
Ensureall orders from each website ship within the appropriate timeframe

•
Customerinquiries are responded to promptly

•
Consistentlymonitor and analyze inventory allocation levels

•
Run aseries of daily and weekly activity reports.

Qualifications:

•
1-2 yearsof
Online Sales experience.

•
Goodknowledge of MS Excel for accurate reporting and data manipulation

•
Technicalknowledge of Computers, Accessories, Computer Parts.
