Looking for an energetic person to process daily sales orders and to grow with the company.

M2 Distribution Ltd. is a diligent team of automotive experts, leading the aftermarket auto parts industry in North American via multi e-Commerce platforms. We base in BC, Canada, with warehouses located in California, USA.

Key Accountabilities:

Works under well-defined order processing policy and procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provides input into the development of order processing practices and procedures efficiently.
Relies on readily available assistance from team members and supervisors to resolve issues as they relate to order processing and the delivery of such services.
Scheduling/Coordinating truck shipments and addressing any issues that come up during loading or unloading / deliveries.
Manage inventory and ensure system correctness.
Requirements:

Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and organize work volumes to meet definite time restraints.
Good knowledge of a computerized order processing, shipping system.
Good understanding of inventory controls and distribution procedures.
Quick learner. Detail-oriented. Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Compensation: Dental and health insurance are provided after 3-month probation.

Employment type: Full-time

Job Location: Coquitlam, BC.

Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday, 9:00 A.M. ~ 5:30 P.M.
