Qualifications:

minimum 2 years retail experience with management preferably in high fashion

ability to translate strategies, objectives, and assignments into clear priorities and targets

ambitious individual dedicated to growing business

strong work ethic through a consistently high level of energy and focus with minimal direction from others

excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with staff and customers

lead by example and positive action

highly organized and detailed

responsible, punctual, flexible, and adaptable

proficient knowledge of computer skills and POS systems

ability to speak second language an asset, prefer Mandarin

proficient in social media applications an asset

Responsibilities:

reports to Operations Manager

responsible for driving and maximizing sales

perform specific duties in accordance with store operations

prioritize and focus energy on required projects and tasks

ensure effective and timely follow through on all customers, inquiries, complaints, and special orders to achieve highest level of service

responsible for receiving shipments, data entry, and inventory control

provide professional sales service to all customers in accordance with company policies and procedures

review loss prevention techniques regularly to eliminate shrinkage

opening and closing duties accordingly

ensure banking / cash are handled in accordance with policies
