 Role overview

Working within a high-impact real-estate team in a fast-paced environment, this candidate will be responsible for advertising and marketing, handling administrative. Real estate, marketing, creative writing,and social media experience is an asset. This role is for a candidate who is a self-starter and is able to work with little supervision. The ability to be extremely detail oriented is a HUGE asset, do not need real estate license

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Administrative:
Create and upload new listings on MLS
Coordinate logistics for new buyer and seller clients
Maintain client database
Participate in team meetings and training
Assist in planning and execution of Client Appreciation events

Marketing Coordination:
Post marketing materials for listings (feature sheets, just listed, just sold cards, social media graphics, newsletter etc.)
Write copy for social media post
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working in a real estate office in administration, marketing or sales is preferred.
Previous marketing experience preferred
Must be social media savvy
Excellent creative writing and grammar skills in Mandarin and English
Excellent computer skills, highly proficient in MS office suite
Quick learner capable of working unsupervised
Drivers License
Experience with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads Manager preferred
Must be organized and be able to maintain multiple projects
