Description
USANA is seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team. In this position, you have the opportunity to assist USANA Associates from around the globe as they build successful home-based businesses. A successful representative will exhibit a professional attitude, be teachable, and will exemplify USANA’s core values and support corporate direction.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service in the office, you will be the primary contact for Associates and will be responsible for resolving their inquiries and problems through phone, email, paperwork, and––at times––in person. You will interact with Associates on a daily basis and will provide encouragement to them as they work to build successful home-based businesses.
As a representative, you will be an integral part of USANA’s mission to improve customer relations necessary for increased enrollments, sales, and Associate retention.
Essential Functions
· Provide outstanding customer service for both internal and external customers
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
· Assist in the development and implementation of Associate retention programs
· Responsible for contacting Associates to gather statistical information, note suggestions and comments, and improving customer service
· Responsible for variety of office administration duties
· Attend local events and provide help as assigned
Required Qualifications
· English language skills required; Chinese preferred
· Strong communications skills
· Basic math skills and computer knowledge, with online navigation skills
· Proficiency with MS Office suite especially Excel and extensive experience using the internet
· Ability to work a flexible shift during our office hours of operation: Monday–Thursday 1:00-9:00 p.m.; Friday 11:00 a.m-7:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
