We are looking for competent candidates to fill up our vacant positions of barista and cashier. While full-time employees are more desirable and will enjoy higher pay and fixed/flexible work schedules, we encourage all candidates who interested in either part-time or full time positions to apply by sending in your resume (and cover letter) to the email listed below. You may start in a part-time position, and keep learning and improving, and eventually eligible to be promoted to a managerial position. We would more than happy to provide training, support, and space to grow in every step of the way. As we implement a competitive compensation plan, hard-working and on-going improvement on your daily duties will be rewarded in term of wage rate increase every several months.

What Does a Barista Do?

perform several job duties and provide customer service.
take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications.
may also operate cash registers and credit card machines.
Additional Duties

handlecustomer complaints or questions in a professional manner;
must often clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a normal shift;
maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages;
As well as, complete assigned tasks from management every day.
How Much Do You Get Paid?
Our baristas typically enjoy competitive pay as well as a variety of employment benefits. The starting salary rates typically fall between minimum wage and $13.00 per hour, depending on experience. An experienced barista will earn up to $15.00 per hour while may be responsible for some managerial duties other than an ordinary barista.
