工作简介：

Full-time Outside Sales Representative B2B sales who will sell Vinyl, Aluminum and Aluminum clad wood window and door systems to builders and developers, introduce these window and door solutions to architects and design firms for their residential and commercial projects. Manage your own assigned territory, selling to new and existing clients in that area, with support from a central operations team. If you have great communication skills, result-oriented and highly motivated person with one-year`s sales experience in industrial or construction industry, great knowledge of MS Office, this full-time job is for you.

Responsibility:
• Product knowledge is a MUST - we will train you!
• Make first contact with clients
• Map your clients, record them in CRM
• Drive to proposed clients to present them with the company products
• Manage a database of the existing a new clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
• Prepare presentations and proposals
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge;
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Skills and Requirements:
• Experience in sales
• Speak English and Mandarin languages
• Basic understanding of residential construction
• Competent user of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise and formal business communications;
• Result-oriented;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Proven negotiations skills;
• Well-organized and highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in the team;
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
