Work for a million dollar real estate agent. Over the past two years Edward Yan PREC* have transacted on over 150MM in commercial and residential real estate. You will be required to work quickly, think on your feet, if you work hard you will be able to learn a lot. I would also pay for your tuition if you choose to become a licensed realtor and mentor you throughout.

Work Description:

Expected to work 5 days a week, sometimes required to work on weekends but will receive two days off every week. Scheduling appointments, administrative paperwork, driving around, creating wechat advertisements, being present at open houses.

Adept in: Excel, WeChat, photoshop.
