Hiring Order Desk + Customer Service-招聘
We are a fast growing distributor of tiles. We are looking for a reliable and energetic person to grow together with our company.
Tasks:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phone calls, greeting customers, taking orders, placing orders, generate invoices, arrange shipments, etc.
- Miscellaneous office/admin tasks such as sending mails, accepting courier parcels, etc.
- Uploading product information on website.
- Providing information for sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellence in Microsoft Word and Excel, and some knowledge on QuickBooks.
- Fast typing and familiar with internet serching skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team - Prefer 1+ year related working experience
- Some bookkeeping/accounting knowledge would be an asset
- Strong work ethic, reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work under stress
- Willing to Learn/fast learner
- Speaking, writing English fluently.
- Speak Chinese would be an asset.
There's room to grow to other admin or sales positions in the company.
