Duties

• Assist customers in downloading the app and all issues regarding the usage of the app

• Answer customers' enquires in person, over the phone or via email or wechat

• Make phone calls to customers for feedback

• Maintain customer groups in wechat

• Other duties assigned by COO

Requirements

• mimimum1 year customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Good computer and telephone skills

• Must be fluent in Mandarin, and able to work independently or part of a team
