Job description:
Responsible for the front desk, greetingclients
Assist co-workers with their tasks
Manage corporate email account
Receiving all incoming calls
Job requirement:
Polite, courteous
Punctual, responsible
Work efficiently
Proficient in basic office programs (e.g. Word,Excel, etc.)
Prior experience in immigration is a plus
