As the business continues to grow significantly, iTalkBB Canada Inc. is looking for full-time Store Managers to join our Vancouver team.

Position：Store Manager

Required Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and implementation of daily operations and managing store staff
Hire store employees; Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail staff to achieve targets
Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
Utilize computers to record management figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Monitor local competitors and market environment; analyze their impacts on sales and implementation of marketing strategies
Ensure that hours of operation is in compliance with local laws
Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
Organize and distribute staff schedules
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
Store budgeting and cost controlling
Qualifications and Skills:

Outstanding written, oral, and verbal communication skills
Must have PC skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Must have customer service skills
Fluent in Chinese and English
