Full-Time Quickbook Accountant & Office Assistant
Qualifications Candidates are proficient in Quickbook and Excel and has knowledge of general accounting procedures with 1+ years of experience working in an accounting environment.
o Strong accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills
o Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Excellent ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
o Minimum education required: Diploma
o Excellent ability to accurately enter data and maintain detailed records
o Fluent in Chinese
Job Duties
o Create/edit/input new data into Quickbook and edit Excel form in fast paced
o Prepare monthly financial statement
o Answering customer inquiries by phone and by email o Generate customer statements and bank reconciliation
o Write QuickBooks cheques
o Export QuickBooks reports to Microsoft Excel, set up basic accounts
o Understand QuickBooks payroll and tax report
o GST Return
o General administrative support as needed including occasional reception relief, maintain office equipment, filing etc.
o Monthly reconciliation of petty cash and general ledger
o Maintain accounting software database
o Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
