- Processing PO from customers
- Creating Shipping Labels
- Processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for defective products
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Miscellaneous office duties

- 1-year office-related working experience
- Fluent in English speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Great communication skills preferred
