Customer Service Representative
We are looking for Full-Time Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skill in our Richmond office.
Responsibilities
- Answering any customers’ inquiry on the phone
- Importing the order per the customer request
- Ensuring the works performed meets the customer’s expectation and follow up with the customer
- Arranging logistic for inventory pick-up
- Assist Return merchandise authorization (RMA) and prepare related documents
- Other miscellaneous office duties may required when need
Qualification
- Must have strong communication skill with excellent English speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Must demonstrate the ability to work either individually or in a team
- Must be detail-oriented and patient to help customer
- At least one-year related work experience
Compensation
TBD, company insurance is available after three months of probation period
